Decline in Combat on Mendca XV

Hostilites on Mendca XV have come to a decline as of 03/15/2014 at 13:22. The conflict has already claimed at least 10 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/15/2014 at 13:25 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
