Death Toll Rises on Vitlhe VII

Over 513 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Vitlhe VII. Forces of Astrogeorge have engaged the forces of Pirates in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 03/08/2014 at 15:48 has seen the loss of 2 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 330,846 homes have been destroyed and 292,534 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
