Decline in Combat on Leviso XIII

Hostilites on Leviso XIII have come to a decline as of 03/04/2014 at 22:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 253 lives and seen the loss of 70 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/04/2014 at 22:06 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Leviso XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 69 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
