Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 02/22/2014 at 07:27. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,690 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/22/2014 at 07:30 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
