Decline in Combat on Episer V

Hostilites on Episer V have come to a decline as of 12/19/2013 at 16:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,736 lives and seen the loss of 116 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/19/2013 at 16:21 when battle elements of Deveroes engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 100 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
