Decline in Combat on Zoacra IV

Hostilites on Zoacra IV have come to a decline as of 11/10/2013 at 05:56. The conflict has already claimed at least 665 lives and seen the loss of 15 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/10/2013 at 05:58 when battle elements of Hatchet engaged the forces of David1990. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 11 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
