Decline in Combat on Lucsce IV

Hostilites on Lucsce IV have come to a decline as of 10/27/2013 at 16:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,594 lives and seen the loss of 241 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/27/2013 at 16:09 when battle elements of Mathrb and Codex engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 227 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
