Decline in Combat on Zoacra IV

Hostilites on Zoacra IV have come to a decline as of 10/27/2013 at 15:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/27/2013 at 15:03 when battle elements of Hatchet engaged the forces of David1990. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
