Decline in Combat on Isoyda III

Hostilites on Isoyda III have come to a decline as of 10/23/2013 at 17:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 13 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/23/2013 at 17:35 when battle elements of NeoCat engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Isoyda III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
