Decline in Combat on Mornsa XIII

Hostilites on Mornsa XIII have come to a decline as of 10/20/2013 at 18:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 443 lives and seen the loss of 78 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/20/2013 at 18:01 when battle elements of Spairn, Tesboom and Fragged engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mornsa XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 77 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
