Decline in Combat on Lucepi IX

Hostilites on Lucepi IX have come to a decline as of 10/18/2013 at 16:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 114 lives and seen the loss of 33 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/18/2013 at 16:58 when battle elements of Acantoni engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
