Decline in Combat on Zoacra VII

Hostilites on Zoacra VII have come to a decline as of 10/18/2013 at 16:05. The conflict has already claimed at least 464 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/18/2013 at 16:04 when battle elements of Hatchet engaged the forces of David1990. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Zoacra VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 11 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
