Decline in Combat on Leviso XV

Hostilites on Leviso XV have come to a decline as of 10/15/2013 at 22:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/15/2013 at 22:37 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Valen. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Leviso XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
