Decline in Combat on Cednci IX

Hostilites on Cednci IX have come to a decline as of 10/08/2013 at 10:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/08/2013 at 10:16 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
