Decline in Combat on Episer XIII

Hostilites on Episer XIII have come to a decline as of 09/26/2013 at 11:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,976 lives and seen the loss of 208 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/26/2013 at 10:52 when battle elements of Deveroes and Raven08 engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 200 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
