Hostilites on Neosta XVI have come to a decline as of 09/14/2013 at 18:21. The conflict has already claimed at least 11,899 lives and seen the loss of 147 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/14/2013 at 17:44 when battle elements of Valen and Codex engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
