Decline in Combat on Lucepi VI

Hostilites on Lucepi VI have come to a decline as of 09/13/2013 at 05:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 16 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/13/2013 at 05:06 when battle elements of David1990 engaged the forces of Dzentar. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
