Decline in Combat on Volvri VIII

Hostilites on Volvri VIII have come to a decline as of 09/11/2013 at 18:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 62 lives and seen the loss of 62 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/11/2013 at 16:55 when battle elements of Valnyori engaged the forces of David1990. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Volvri VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 62 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
