Decline in Combat on Volvri VIII

Hostilites on Volvri VIII have come to a decline as of 09/11/2013 at 11:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 452 lives and seen the loss of 68 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/11/2013 at 11:19 when battle elements of Valnyori engaged the forces of David1990. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Volvri VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
