Decline in Combat on Cissse XV

Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 09/08/2013 at 21:38. The conflict has already claimed at least 386 lives and seen the loss of 126 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/08/2013 at 21:13 when battle elements of Clubbers engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
