Decline in Combat on Mendca XIII

Hostilites on Mendca XIII have come to a decline as of 09/07/2013 at 23:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,691 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/07/2013 at 23:20 when battle elements of Darkchaos engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
