Decline in Combat on Neosta XV

Hostilites on Neosta XV have come to a decline as of 09/02/2013 at 21:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,373 lives and seen the loss of 23 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/02/2013 at 21:28 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neosta XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 21 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
