Decline in Combat on Verdte VIII

Hostilites on Verdte VIII have come to a decline as of 08/31/2013 at 00:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 606 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/31/2013 at 00:47 when battle elements of Fred104 and Merlin engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
