Decline in Combat on Verdte III

Hostilites on Verdte III have come to a decline as of 08/31/2013 at 00:43. The conflict has already claimed at least 72 lives and seen the loss of 69 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/31/2013 at 00:44 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verdte III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 68 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
