Decline in Combat on Cogdmu V

Hostilites on Cogdmu V have come to a decline as of 08/30/2013 at 16:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 129 lives and seen the loss of 123 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/30/2013 at 16:19 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogdmu V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 119 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
