Decline in Combat on Cogdmu IV

Hostilites on Cogdmu IV have come to a decline as of 08/30/2013 at 15:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 122 lives and seen the loss of 119 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/30/2013 at 15:50 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogdmu IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 117 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
