Decline in Combat on Cissse XV

Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 08/29/2013 at 22:22. The conflict has already claimed at least 178 lives and seen the loss of 178 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/29/2013 at 22:14 when battle elements of Valen, Sniv and Fragged engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 176 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
