Decline in Combat on Neosta XV

Hostilites on Neosta XV have come to a decline as of 08/28/2013 at 22:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,873 lives and seen the loss of 20 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/28/2013 at 22:03 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
