Decline in Combat on Mornsa VIII

Hostilites on Mornsa VIII have come to a decline as of 08/28/2013 at 15:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 10 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/28/2013 at 15:36 when battle elements of Buggy engaged the forces of GlidoU. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mornsa VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
