Decline in Combat on Holngu IX

Hostilites on Holngu IX have come to a decline as of 08/26/2013 at 14:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 7 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/26/2013 at 14:11 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
