Death Toll Rises on Mendca II

Over 2,145 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Mendca II. Forces of Demondog45, Xxedexx, Silene and Ux have engaged the forces of Gideon in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/22/2013 at 13:53 has seen the loss of 4 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 121,659 homes have been destroyed and 154,739 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
