Decline in Combat on Mendca X

Hostilites on Mendca X have come to a decline as of 08/21/2013 at 22:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 8,466 lives and seen the loss of 36 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/21/2013 at 22:36 when battle elements of Ux engaged the forces of Gideon. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mendca X are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 35 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
