Death Toll Rises on Mendca IV

Over 23,892 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Mendca IV. Forces of Silicon, Kiraana, MarlboroRed, VoidStalker, Xxedexx, XFrostMiteX, Ux and Rowinboy have engaged the forces of Gideon in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 08/21/2013 at 21:30 has seen the loss of 57 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 535,759 homes have been destroyed and 647,463 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
