Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Ekbu have come to a decline as of 08/20/2013 at 18:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 174 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/20/2013 at 18:18 when battle elements of Gmakay engaged the forces of Gideon. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
